We also offer very competitive self-pay rates and are happy to provide you with a superbill for reimbursement of out-of-network services.

What to expect?

A: After contacting our office to schedule an initial evaluation,  you may utilize our online patient portal to electronically complete registration forms and questionnaires prior to your visit.

Your first visit will be a one hour session to review past medical, family, psychiatric, and social history; in addition to detailing past and present symptoms in order to formulate a diagnosis and treatment plan.

Follow up visits will be scheduled in 20 minute sessions to evaluate your progress towards treatment goals and make medication adjustments as necessary.
